Three video works for the NUR / Prosvet festival. Memory, value,
speed — the cultural code melting under digital pressure.
"Glitch in the Cultural Code" is three video works for the NUR /
Prosvet festival. I took familiar cultural images — panel-block
concrete, traditional ornament, gestures — and looked at what happens
to them under digital pressure.
Three parts: "Anchor", "Luxury", "Start". Each stands alone; together
they go from trying to hold balance to a state where pause isn't
scheduled anymore.
Anchor — a dialogue between the digital future and warm analogue
nostalgia. Keys labelled "INHALE" and "EXHALE" — an anchor inside
digital noise, a direct gesture of stopping.
Luxury — on value losing its shape. Luxury here is fluid, like
mercury. It drifts away from what shines and surfaces in fragile,
almost invisible places.
Start — on acceleration. Windows and objects move chaotically,
the person tries to stay inside the flow. The "Start" button has
already been pressed. No pause scheduled.

Anchor
ЯКОРЬ
"Anchor" stages a dialogue between the digital future and warm
analogue nostalgia. The cultural code — from panel-block
concrete to traditional ornament — melts and turns into the
liquid chrome of cyberspace.
The visual rhythm is set by keys labelled "INHALE" and "EXHALE":
an anchor inside digital chaos, a direct gesture of stopping,
breathing, returning to equilibrium.
part 02 / 03
Luxury
РОСКОШЬ
"Luxury" examines the unstable nature of value. Luxury here has
no fixed form: it's fluid as mercury, shifting with the viewer's
gaze.
Flowing textures show how wealth ceases to be measured by
accumulation, shine, or outer status — and how it surfaces in
hidden, almost invisible places where the outer gives way to
the inner.
part 03 / 03
Start
ПУСК
"Start" is a reflection on acceleration and the cost of
continuous progress. The work moves from the measured rhythm of
the past toward the overload of the present — a system running
at its limit.
Chaotic movement of windows and objects conveys the state of
someone trying to stay inside the flow of time and information.
The "Start" button has already been pressed. No pause is
scheduled.
